The ideal candidate mentors staff, maintains logs, and ensures quality service delivery. Qualifications include a valid CA guard card, HS diploma or 5 years experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, with a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must complete a background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug test.
• Valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-specific wireless tech.
• Must mentor, train, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of three or more security officers on a specific shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services with site staff and client and Allied managers.
• Mentor, train, and develop current and new officers.
• Prepare written reports and logs and maintain documentation.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
