Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security staff on a specific shift at a client site in Bristol Township, PA. The role coordinates with the site supervisor and Account Manager to ensure quality service and accurate reporting.

You will coach officers, recognize performance, and administer discipline within approved guidelines while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at sites.
• Demonstrated capability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure quality security services are delivered on the shift.
