Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in the Bucks County area. The role involves supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer, serving as a liaison with management, and coaching the security staff to maintain high standards of performance.

Pay is $18.04 per hour with Monday–Friday 2PM–10PM or alternative evening schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
