Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA, to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at our client site.

You'll act as a liaison with site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, providing coaching and ensuring quality service. This full-time role requires at least 5 years of security experience, 21+ age, and Act235 certification, with outdoor work and long-standing standing/walking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
