Job summary

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned client site in Council Bluffs, IA. As a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers, you will supervise staff, provide coaching and discipline within policy, and help maintain high professional standards across the team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting; read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of security services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service.
