Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require valid license and safe driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication at the client site.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
