Job summary

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor. Rate: $28.00 an hour. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.

The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and understand operating procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly and neatly.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of services.
