Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Sterling, VA. The role supervises the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer and coordinates with site leadership and account management.

The Security Shift Supervisor will coach staff, handle crises, and ensure proper reporting, while maintaining professional conduct and strong customer service skills. The position pays $28.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Military or Law Enforcement experience, or Criminal Justice degree.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driver’s License with driving record requirements for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Prepare written reports and logs.
