Job summary

Allied Universal Services is the leading security and facility services provider. We are currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate on a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role includes coaching and guiding security officers and serving as a liaison with account management.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $26.78 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
