Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a specific shift at a customer site. The role functions as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and HS diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly and legibly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving positions.

Responsibilities
