Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Milwaukee to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and account team, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

The role requires a minimum of two years security experience, high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs
• Ability to read and understand procedures
• Driver's license with driving experience and clean record
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site tech
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively
• Able to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift at the assigned site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality security services on shift.
