Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a security team on a specific shift at a client site and ensure delivery of quality services.

The Shift Supervisor will coordinate with site supervisors and account managers, coach officers, and document activity with reports, logs, and incident records while maintaining safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience required.
• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required; driving record checks may apply.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs; read operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs; monitor crisis situations at the client site.
