Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Milpitas to supervise security staff on a dedicated shift and ensure delivery of quality services. The Shift Supervisor will act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers; coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.

Pay: $30.00/Hr. Must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), strong communication skills, and be able to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare reports and logs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift.
