Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for Cupertino. The role supervises a shift, coordinating with site leadership and security officers to ensure quality service and client satisfaction.

Pay is $26/hr with benefits and opportunities within a leading security and facility services company. The candidate will handle routine reporting, incident response, and client communication on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws, may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record where applicable.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare reports and logs as required.
