Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor in Redwood City. The role oversees a shift, coordinating delivery of security services and acting as liaison between site staff and management to ensure professional service delivery.

Pay is $32.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, strong communication and reporting skills, and the ability to handle crises at client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record, as specified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
