The ideal candidate has 2+ years security experience or military/law enforcement background, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Pay is $27.81/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving Positions require a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate client-site wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer; act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers; provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
