Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within approved guidelines.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while ensuring customer service excellence.
