Job summary

Allied Universal Services in Buffalo NY is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a designated shift. The role involves supervising security officers, coordinating with site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensuring high quality service.

Starting pay is $22.41 per hour with a Tuesday-Saturday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm schedule. Minimum six months security experience and strong communication, reporting, and crisis handling skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction on the assigned shift.
