Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for third shift in the Johnstown, OH area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

• Security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and site personnel to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and results.
• Train Officers and review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist payroll and personnel data submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of posts and prepare/submit reports.
• Interact with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
