Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor on the El Segundo, CA shift to oversee the delivery of security services and supervise officers on duty. The role requires strong written and oral communication, the ability to prepare logs and reports, and the initiative to respond to incidents calmly while maintaining professional conduct.

A high school diploma or equivalent or five years of verifiable experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol test.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality security services on shift.
