Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the Augusta, GA area. The role will supervise the security team on the morning/afternoon shift, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure delivery of quality security services. The position emphasizes coaching, timely reporting, and strong customer relations.

Starting pay is $14.60 per hour, with options for weekly or instant pay. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching and recognition within empowerment range.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services and act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Ensure timely and accurate reports and logs.
• Maintain customer service excellence and professionalism on site.
