Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a hospital in Framingham, MA. This full-time role runs 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday, with a starting rate of $23.18 per hour and paid orientation.

The supervisor will manage the shift, liaise with management and officers, and ensure high-quality security services on site. Candidates must be 21+ with a HS diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience); strong communication skills; and the ability to write

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Able to prepare reports and logs clearly and legibly.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a defined shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within guidelines.
• Ensure quality delivery of security services on site.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
