Job summary

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Supervisor will coordinate the delivery of quality services and act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Criminal background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for driving positions.
• Experience operating client-site procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
