Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to join our Northborough, MA team on a full-time basis.

Shifts are 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role supervises security officers, coordinates services for a client, and acts as liaison with site management. Starting pay is $22.52 per hour with paid orientation and weekly pay. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for driving positions.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crises and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
