Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the Northborough, MA area. This part-time role covers 11 p.m.–7 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, plus 3 p.m.–11 p.m. Sundays, with weekly pay at a starting rate of $22.52/hour plus paid orientation.

The Shift Supervisor will oversee the delivery of quality security services, liaising with site management and security officers, and providing coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare shift reports and logs as required.
