Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others at client posts and ensure post orders are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage for all posts and meet with client representatives as needed.
• Prepare, file and submit various reports; conduct post inspections and outline tasks.
