Job summary

Delaware Park is seeking a security supervisor to oversee security operations, supervise officers, and ensure safety and service excellence across the property.

The role requires 1–3 years of security experience, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates should be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of security experience (gaming security preferred).
• Must complete and maintain Delaware Lottery background check and licensing where applicable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining environment with a focus on service excellence.
• Displays courteous and helpful attitude when dealing with the public and builds rewarding relationships.
• Oversees all security operations in the assigned area.
• Reviews and approves reports submitted by officers and investigative reports.
• Supervises, evaluates, and trains officers.
• Conducts investigations as requested.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
