Job summary

Patriot Group International is seeking a Shift Supervisor – Physical Security to lead daily security operations in Denver, CO. The role reports to the Project Manager and requires directing security officers, enforcing post orders, and maintaining readiness across the shift.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in security management, English fluency, and the ability to obtain Denver certification. A high school diploma is required and a pre-employment drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement management experience.
• Experience managing shifts of personnel including screening, hiring, training, scheduling, and reporting.
• Ability to obtain City of Denver Security Officer certification including online application, fingerprints, and background investigation.
• Must have reliable transportation during all seasons.
• Must fluently speak, read, comprehend, and write in English.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and periodic random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, mentor, and guide assigned security officers during the shift.
• Conduct post inspections and officer check-ins to ensure compliance with orders and appearance standards.
• Identify and address performance issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate site-specific onboarding and training for new officers.
• Ensure officers maintain required certifications and qualifications.
• Maintain shift activity logs and attendance records.
• Review security incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide turnover briefings to ensure continuity of operations.
