Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Day Shift Lead to oversee daily on-site security operations in Ohio. You will supervise officers, coordinate schedules, uphold client post orders, and ensure safety and service excellence.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year security or military experience, and a valid state driver's license. Preferred: 3+ years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience.
• Eligible for registration under Ohio security guard agency license.
• Valid driver's license and approved MVR when driving duties are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site security operations and staff on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate schedules and supervise junior officers.
• Enforce post orders and client security protocols; ensure safety and service quality.
• Respond to incidents, document logs, and monitor access points and surveillance systems.
