Job summary

Allied Universal Blythewood, SC is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a morning shift, supervise security officers, and coordinate with site leadership to deliver quality services. This full-time role requires 2+ years of security experience, a valid driver's license, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to use a computer or tablet for reporting.

Starting base pay is $22.28 per hour with weekly or instant pay options.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to deal with all levels professionally.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Driving Positions require a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record.
• Must complete a background check and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain professional customer service and security standards.
