Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Able to read and understand operating procedures and write clear reports.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; able to interact with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within company guidelines.
• Prepare written reports/logs and maintain situational awareness on site.
