Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within guidelines
• Ability to operate a computer or tablet

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range
