Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate security services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Respond to incidents and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
