Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc is seeking a Shift Lead to manage day-to-day security operations at a Santa Monica site. You will supervise officers, ensure post orders compliance, and maintain client satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include briefing, post assignments, access control, incident reporting, and KPI updates. Strong communication, leadership, and customer service experience are required; schedule Wed-Sat evenings, with weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of security experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a comparable environment.
• 1+ year of direct customer-facing experience in security or related field.
• 1+ year of experience with workplace technology and common applications (Email, MS 365, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings, assign posts, review post orders, and verify staffing meets contractual requirements.
• Monitor site activity, enforce access control, visitor/vendor management, key control, patrols, escorts, and alarm response.
• Prepare and submit timely daily activity reports (DARs) and maintain accurate logbooks.
• Conduct routine post inspections and quality checks, and correct deficiencies as needed.
