Qualifications

• Security experience: 3–5 years, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Leadership experience in a comparable work environment: 1+ year.
• Direct customer-facing experience in security or related field: 1+ year.
• Proficiency with workplace tech: Visitor management, Access control, CCTV/VMS, MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings; assign posts and verify staffing meets contractual requirements.
• Monitor site activity; enforce access control, visitor management, and alarm response.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and timely daily activity reports (DARs).
• Coach officers; conduct on-the-job training and provide performance feedback.
• Support recruiting/onboarding and coordinate coverage for call-offs/vacations.
