Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing with clean MVR.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform patrols.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties while on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft.
• Respond to incidents and record data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
