Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise officers and coordinate with site leadership and the Account Manager, ensuring quality and responsive service.

The role emphasizes coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines, with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction on a fast-paced, client-focused site.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if driving.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift and coordinate services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently at client sites.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication during all interactions.
