Job summary

Securitas, Inc. seeks a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee Security Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are filed accurately.

You will coach and discipline personnel, train officers, assist with payroll, and help ensure full coverage across all posts. You’ll coordinate with client representatives to meet security requirements and deliver quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years of related experience.
• 2 years of related experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other staff at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and coaching.
• Train Security Officers and review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and maintain scheduling.
