Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage a shift and guarding operations across multiple sites. You will supervise Field Supervisors and security personnel, conduct inspections, and coach staff to uphold post orders and service standards.

The role requires coordinating scheduling, payroll, and client communications while ensuring safety policies are followed and operational efficiency is maintained.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 1 year of security operations experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites; supervises staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintains client relationships and ensures service levels through regular contact and inspections.
• Coordinates scheduling, staffing, and payroll activities while controlling labor costs.
