Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security officers on client sites. The role includes ensuring post orders, maintaining rounds, and timely reporting, with coaching and training responsibilities for staff.

Requirement includes a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience; a driver certification is required. Third shift, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Driver certification required and security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and leads, ensure post orders and rounds are followed, and file reports.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train officers; review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts and provide client with quality service.
• Meet with client to ensure security requirements are met.
