Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Security Shift Manager to supervise on-duty security and tribal public safety personnel, ensuring safety for guests, citizens, and employees. The role oversees all duties from administration to training and investigations.

The manager will lead security personnel, manage emergencies, conduct investigations, and maintain confidential information while adhering to laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in casino security or related field.
• Ability to read and write reports and provide testimony when necessary.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, investigations, and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Supervisors, Tribal Public Safety Officers, Security Officers and Dispatch personnel to ensure policy compliance.
• Proactively recognize and manage emergency situations, including evacuations.
• Conduct or supervise criminal and employee investigations and training for personnel.
