Job summary

Ute Mountain Casino Hotel in Colorado is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, respond to incidents, coordinate with first responders, and lead the security team on the assigned shift.

You will supervise patrols, ensure areas are secure, document events, and support training and coaching to maintain high standards of guest safety and service while adhering to tribal regulations and casino policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission license.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
• Professional, reliable, accountable, detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
