Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Service Manager in Baton Rouge, LA, to lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors. You will ensure client contracts are executed on time, while driving safety and high-quality service across sites.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, manage payroll and relations, and serve as the main client liaison. The role leverages AI and BI tools to optimize scheduling, monitor metrics, and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree with years of experience in managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Experience leading development and retention of a diverse team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and guide frontline supervisors and officers to meet client contractual hours.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; handle payroll, evaluations, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection of people and property.
• Utilize AI technology and BI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and reduce unbilled overtime for efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards; manage training, uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
