Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose and repair issues.
• Install projects as necessary and perform maintenance on installed systems.
• Provide accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Cross-train with other specialists and assist with small projects.
• Ensure work complies with safety policies and local regulations.
