Minuteman Security Technologies Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to organize and schedule service activities for the security department.

You will liaise between customers, field technicians, and service management to ensure timely responses and efficient dispatching of service calls. The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple service orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or administrative role, preferably in the service or security industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in service management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians.
• Track and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests, estimated arrival times, and status updates.
• Document service activities and maintain detailed records in the service management system.
• Support field technicians by providing information on job requirements, customer preferences, and technical notes.
• Assist the Service Manager in tracking technician availability, skill levels, and certifications to ensure appropriate assignments.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
