Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned account, including staffing, payroll, training, and client relations. You will lead a team of security professionals, ensure high-quality services, and drive performance to meet financial and operational goals.

Requirements include a four-year degree in a related field, management experience, and a valid driver’s license; military or law enforcement background is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• Experience in contracts security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure the client site receives high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Build, improve and maintain relationships with client and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Communicate staffing needs to recruiters and assist in hiring quality candidates.
• Develop staff through performance management and training.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and site READ files.
• Meet contractual hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
