Allied Universal is seeking a Security Service Manager in Albany, NY to lead daily security operations, guide a team of security officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional client service.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations, with a focus on leveraging Allied Universal’s AI technology and BI platforms to drive efficiency and profitability. A valid driver’s license and supervisory experience are preferred.

Formación

• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced service organization.
• Experience managing hourly employees.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Experience with BI tools for metrics and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline supervisors and security officers to ensure client contract adherence.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure high-quality service.
• Utilize BI platforms to optimize schedules and monitor performance.
