Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws
• Valid driver's license if driving company or personal vehicle for business
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team with client relationships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
• Ability to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Proficiency in web-based apps and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive operational excellence
• Financial acumen to manage staffing and inventory costs

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations
• Enhance client relationships and serve as the primary contact for clients
• Handle security incidents and coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management
