Job summary

Titan Security Group in Chicago is hiring a Scheduling Manager to supervise daily security operations and optimize staff schedules. You will build client and employee relationships, manage overtime, and coordinate with senior leaders to meet financial and service goals.

The role requires a 21+ year old candidate with security or customer service supervisory experience, proficiency with scheduling tools, and a commitment to quality service. A benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years supervisory security or customer service experience.
• Experience in a heavy-volume call center preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime within WinTeam.
• Build, improve and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Report operational matters to Vice President of Operations and senior management.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Monitor staff performance including disciplinary actions and performance appraisals.
• Record data such as call-offs, tardies, emergencies and equipment issues.
• Coordinate and document performance tracking of all staff personnel.
• Maintain personnel files and workforce systems with HR department as necessary.
• Explain company policies, benefits and procedures to staff and applicants.
• Prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends.
• Prepare correspondence and memos as needed.
• Track company equipment in the field and ensure proper use of policies.
• Stay current on federal, state guidelines relative to our services.
• Support the organization’s culture, processes and systems to enable employee contribution.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Other duties as assigned.
