Job summary

Titan Security Group in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Security Scheduling Manager to oversee daily security operations and scheduling. You will work with the Director of Operations to minimize overtime, build strong relationships with clients and staff, and ensure service quality across sites.

The role requires a high school diploma, supervisory experience in security or customer service, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED with 2 years supervisory experience in security or customer service (heavy call center preferred).
• Must be able to read, write, speak English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and review schedules to minimize overtime within WinTeam.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Report operational matters to VP Operations and senior management.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct performance appraisals.
• Record data on call-offs, tardies, emergencies, and equipment issues.
• Maintain personnel files and workforce management documentation.
